Mr. Mike Cleary

My name is Mike Cleary and I have the best job in D49 as the Odyssey Elementary School Dean.  I bring 24 years of Air Force leadership experience to this job and have spent the last ten years in education with this being my first year as an Administrator and nine years as a Special Education Teacher at middle and elementary schools.  As the school Dean my goal is to support our teachers and staff by positively shaping our students behaviors with both Capturing Kids Hearts skills and Steven Covey’s Leadership Principles.  This enables me to build meaningful, productive relationships while creating young leaders for the future.
