Assistant Principal

Mrs. Amy Willis

Hello! My name is Amy Willis and I am the Assistant Principal at Odyssey Elementary!  My experience in the field of education stems way back to 2002, when I opened a preschool in Ecuador, South America. 

My love for learning and education has led me to earn a Master of Arts Degree in Elementary Teacher Education and my certification in School Leadership and Administration.  Eventually, I will work toward earning a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, Research, and Policy.  

In addition to my role at Odyssey Elementary, I am a mom and wife too!  My son keeps me busy and constantly laughing and smiling!! My husband and I always find time to travel because we both absolutely love the beach and being on the water.

In my personal time, you will find me with a book in my hands; sometimes it's for pleasure, but most often it's for educating myself about the newest things in education.  I plan to travel the world, with a camera in one hand and a cup of coffee in the other!

My passion for children is evident in everything I do!  I value relationships and can not wait to get to know your child as an individual. I look forward to serving our school community as I nurture and care for everyone I encounter in this position!
